How our pricing works

Our call-out charge is £70, which covers the visit and diagnosing the fault.

If we can fix it there and then without any parts, that’s all you pay.

If parts are needed, we’ll give you a clear quote for the repair before any further work goes ahead, so there are no surprises.

Parts and repairs

We keep a few common parts in the van, so some repairs can be done on the spot. If a part needs ordering, we’ll let you know how long it should take and book you back in at a time that suits you.

All work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (627614).
