A full gas safety check of your appliances, with a certificate (CP12) emailed to you as a PDF, or on paper if you prefer.

Not at the property? You can sign your certificate online from a secure link sent to your phone or email.

Landlords and letting agents: by law, rented homes need a check every 12 months. We can arrange access with your tenants directly.

Foster carers: you need a check every 12 months too. Same price, same certificate.

If anything needs a repair, we’ll explain what’s wrong and give you a price before doing any work.

• Add a gas fire: £55
• Carbon monoxide alarm, supplied and fitted: £30

Book early, keep your date

You can renew your gas safety certificate up to 2 months before it expires and keep your original renewal date, so you never lose any time.
