A yearly service keeps your boiler safe, running efficiently and within its warranty.

• Allow around 1 hour
• Service record filled in and report issued

• Reminder when next year’s service is due

If we find a fault, we’ll explain what’s wrong and give you a price for the repair before doing any further work.

Add a water test for £15

We use the ADEY ProCheck kit to test the water in your heating system on site. It checks:

• Inhibitor levels
• Corrosion
• pH levels

You get a report straight away telling you if your system needs cleaning or more inhibitor.

Add a carbon monoxide alarm for £30

We can supply and fit a carbon monoxide alarm while we’re there. £30 per alarm, fitted.
