A powerflush clears sludge and rust from your heating system so radiators heat properly and your boiler runs more efficiently.
Signs you may need one
- Cold spots on radiators, or radiators not heating up
- Noisy boiler or pump
- Radiators needing regular bleeding
- Slow to warm up, or reduced hot water temperature
- Combi boiler overheating or cutting out
We’ll survey your system and test the water first to see if a powerflush is needed. It only cures problems caused by sludge and corrosion, not faulty parts or installation faults.
Prices
- £430 for up to 10 radiators, including cleaning chemicals and inhibitor
- £20 per extra radiator
- £70 extra for microbore (8mm to 10mm) systems, which need pre-treating
- £140 magnetic system filter, supplied and fitted
- Replacement pump priced on request
We’d highly recommend a magnetic system filter after your system is cleaned, to help keep it that way.
